This one-of-a-kind dinner celebration will be hosted at Mathes Winery’s Avallé Winemaking Studio. During the fall harvest, guests will enjoy a rare behind-the-scenes look at the crushing and destemming process. Arrive early for a special wine sampling session, as the winery generously opens its cellar and facilities for tours, paired with wines and welcome appetizers.
