The Seattle Bon Odori festival is back in person this year. Come join the community for some good food and dancing. There will be one outdoor practice in the Temple back parking lot on Saturday, July 1 from 12:00-2:00pm. For those unable to attend, we’ll also be sharing online dance videos on our Youtube channel.

Celebrate the fall harvest and full moon. Children and families are invited to attend the city's first Mooncake Festival on Friday, September 29 from 5-7 p.m. at Renton Community Center. Enjoy live performances, refreshments, mooncakes, kids crafts, photo opportunities, and community. In addition, a movie in the gym will be screening at 7 p.m.
This one-hour virtual program is free to all who register. In addition to a featured conversation between Maggie Tokuda-Hall and Densho Executive Director Naomi Ostwald Kawamura, the program will include a live musical performance by Tomo Nakayama, a poetry reading by traci kato-kiriyama, and will be hosted by Erin Shigaki and Brady Wakayama.
